Our Commitments

ESG is a key business practice for sustainable success. It enables Locala to be conscious of its activity impacts and create change for a better world. Our ESG strategy is built on three fundamental pillars: Environment, Social, and Governance.
Guided by our responsibility to all stakeholders, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact. This commitment extends to maintaining the highest standards of ethics and transparency in our governance, ensuring alignment with the industry best practices across every level of our operations.

We are proud to announce the publication of Locala’s first publicly available Sustainability Report, marking an important milestone in our journey toward greater transparency and responsible business practices.

UN Global Impact

In 2022, we joined the UN Global Compact, aligning our strategy and operations to support its 10 Principles on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, and contributing to the 17 SDGs.

The Climate Pledge

As signatories of The Climate Pledge, we committed to measure our carbon footprint every year and reach carbon neutrality by 2028. To meet this goal, we have set reduction targets, based on the SBTi.

Fight against Climate Change

At Locala, we are committed to limiting our environmental impact by reducing our carbon footprint, optimizing resource use, and minimizing waste across every stage of our operations. Our key objective is to reach Net Zero carbon emissions by 2028 — a target we pursue with measurable actions and a senseof responsibility toward the planet and future generations.

Impact and Social Equity

Sustainability begins with people: our employees, partners and communities. Locala fosters an inclusive culture rooted in respect, well-being and opportunity, while extending these values beyond our walls through ethical partnerships and community support.
