Business Ethics

At Locala, ethics are at the core of everything we do. In 2022, we proudly joined the United Nations Global Compact, demonstrating our alignment with its Ten Principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption.

Our omnichannel platform empowers brands and marketers to plan, activate, and measure meaningful campaigns — all driven by our commitment to safety, transparency, and accountability.

Our Standards of Conduct

Locala’s Code of Conduct defines the ethical standards that guide every interaction: how we engage with customers, colleagues, partners, and communities. It reflects the values we stand for and the responsibilities we embrace as a business.

Every employee is required to acknowledge and commit to these principles, contributing to building a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability.

Performance assessments

We aim for excellence in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance. ESG ratings provide a clear and transparent way to evaluate our progress, identify areas for improvement, and guide corrective actions where needed.

Measuring our Progress

To reinforce our accountability and build trust with stakeholders, we assess our performance every year through internal analysis and external independent evaluations, including:

  • EcoVadis
  • Carbometrix
  • Other stakeholder assessments

By holding ourselves to the highest standard and being passionate about sustainable development, we aim to lead with integrity and stand out in our industry.

Looking Ahead

We aim to continue advancing on sustainable development, both within our organization and across the communities where we operate.

As part of this journey, we are working to publish a Sustainability Plan, to capture our progress in ESG performance. This roadmap will define clear and measurable
goals to focus our efforts where we can create the most meaningful and lasting difference.
