The Brief

In the first quarter of 2022, Colruyt partnered with Locala for a complete, closed-loop solution and was able to quickly target their highest value potential shoppers and drive them into their locations.

The Strategy

Local visitors
Shoppers that had regulary been detected at a Colruyt store.

Indecisive visitors
Shoppers who were detected at both Colruyt and competitive store locations.

Competitive conquests
Shoppers who were detected in competing store locations only.

The Results

  • An average 10.86% overall uplift for all Colruyt locations.
  • 23,674 incremental store visits resulting directly from the campaign.
  • 1.9 million euros estimates incremental revenue generated from Locala activations.
  • And increased landing page conversion rate from 37% to 63%, with a Q4 high of 73%
