In partnership with NooS, our employees can also take an active role in selecting and supporting the causes we champion, such as the ones related to the Plastic Odyssey Foundation.
Every quarter, we host events to foster discussions and raise awareness about diverse topics, to create space for education, empathy and change.

Empowering Next Generations

Through Locala’s School Relationships Policy, we seek to engage students in job roles. By offering hands-on experience, we aim to help young individuals grow to become team players, future leaders and innovators.
To broaden horizons, employees falling under the 28 category, can be eligible to be relocated to one of our offices around the world, gaining valuable life and work experiences.
Finally, we collaborate with schools and universities around the world to support educational programs. As part of our partnerships, we’ve taken part in closed workshops, roundtable discussions and office visits, giving students a direct exposure to our industry and practices.
